By accessing or using SpotCountry ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

2. Description of Service

SpotCountry is a travel community platform that allows users to share real-time travel information, find travel buddies, discover local experiences, and connect with other travelers worldwide. We provide tools for posting, messaging, booking tours, and related features. Service availability may vary and we do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

3. User Accounts and Registration

To use certain features, you must create an account (e.g., via Google sign-in). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and notify us of any unauthorized use. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.

4. User Content and Conduct

You retain ownership of content you post, but you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute your content in connection with the Service. You are responsible for your content and must not post anything that is unlawful, harmful, defamatory, harassing, or infringing on others' rights. We may remove content that violates these terms or our policies without prior notice.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THE ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, OR RELIABILITY OF USER CONTENT OR THIRD-PARTY INFORMATION. TRAVEL INHERENTLY INVOLVES RISK; YOU USE THE SERVICE AT YOUR OWN DISCRETION.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SPOTCOUNTRY AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE PAST TWELVE MONTHS, IF ANY, OR ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SpotCountry, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these terms.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account and access at any time, with or without cause or notice. You may terminate your account through your account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections that by their nature should survive (e.g., disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification) will survive termination.

12. Changes

We may revise these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree, please stop using the Service.

13. Rewards, Referral, and Anti-Abuse Policy

• Referral rewards are recognized only when signup is completed, email is verified, and the account remains valid for at least 24 hours.
• Multiple signups from the same device fingerprint or IP may be excluded from rewards.
• All reward events are subject to a 7-day hold period for fraud review and quality checks.
• Weekly and monthly reward caps may apply to protect budget and prevent abuse.
• If abuse or policy violations are detected, rewards may be cancelled, clawed back, or denied without prior notice.
